You need to figure out how the the stripping is going to take. Then calculate the time by your rate. Taking an arbitrary figure that someone else charges is not the way to price your work. Just my two cents.

Charge at least .50-.75 cents a square foot. Remember, that crappie has to be dumped somewhere. If you have to haul it away I would charge $1.24-$1.45 per SF. Good luck.
