When you did your test did you keep track the number of times you needed to strip the surface and the time it took to strip a section of floor. Part of doing a sample is to measure you time required to strip the wax from the surface.

If you are going to strip the floor twice I would estimate stripping approximately 200 to 300 sq. ft. per hour could be more could be less. Using hot water when mixing your stripper will speed up the process.

When doing a sample do a large enough sample to allow you to measure the time require for unusual task such as the stripping.

Subject: Terrazzo floor

 

Hey guys.
Please I have look at this 2300 Sq feet of terrazzo floor cement based being pored 50 years ago and being waxed over time I did a test today and looks like  I'm getting the job my question is how much you could charge for stripping ?
I have no idea , never stripped a large job
Before.
Any advice will be appreciated.
