If it etches it isn't soapstone. Check the edges they look unfinished-most concrete counters are coated so scrape the surface as well.

try scratching it lightly with a knife..If it scratches its most likely NOT concrete.  You can also try the acid test and see if acid reacts. If it reacts than its most likely concrete

Doesnt look like  bluestone to me either..Might even be a type of soapstone..Does it scratch easily. Could also be a concrete or an agglomerate

That looks like concrete to me-blue stone isn't affected by acids.

The edges look gray.
