We stripped some mexican tile and stained them brown. Used aquamix stains came out nice took way too long . Charge by the hour or its going to cost you. Working out of town right now. Don't forget to charge for supplies as needed. Estimated 2 weeks took a month, tiles need to stripped to like new for a water based stain. Hector Castillo
