Over refill if they dry and crack in corners with non-sanded grout. Charge extra and tell they upfront this might happen so they know if it does you can fix it. And I sometimes use 100% grout harder with non- sanded grout mix.

I don’t use caulking in shower it will mold over time. Non sanded or sanded grout works better over time last longer .

Scrub them out and color seal with color clad if needed

Caulk the joints as well

We just keep it simple.

Dry sanding to 220 then either resins or honing powder to desired level

Keep in mind you need to bring the color back in

Possible enhancing or small amount of polish compound to bring in color.
