Dry sanding to 220 then either resins or honing powder to desired levelKeep in mind you need to bring the color back inPossible enhancing or small amount of polish compound to bring in color.
Sent from my iPhoneI would hit the white build with a soft wire brush may be a little bit of CLR, it might turn the area lighter gray but then I would hit the whole surface with a honing powder to make a uniform then hit with a color enhancer
