We only use Betco  Ax-it. It works on acrylic or urethane based coatings. We follow stripping with deep cleaning using truck mount.

That depends on what kind of topical it is. There is a product called bulldozer that can be purchased from many janitorial stores. But again it would depend on what kind of topical you are dealing with.
