I am putting together a bid for the exterior cleaning of a building downtown in Washington, DC. The client wants us to go up three (3) stories. Approximately 30-40' up and we are planning to use a Cherry picker. I have contacted the permit office in Washington in regards to blocking the sidewalk during the process. I am curious as to how I should price this per square foot? I was thinking about $6-$8 per SF? Any input would be most welcome. Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this type of business. Thanks in advance for your time and advice.
