John,
It's not a prevalent wage job and they have made no mention of bond. My insurance is fine in this regard. With that said, where do you think I should be $$ wise per square foot? Thanks, and good points.
Ron
Ron,
I stay away from high exterior building . why , insurance requirement will change working at those heights, you will need to see if your workman comp will cover your employees at that height.
Are they requiring a bid or performance bond? Is this a prwvailing wage job? Check on these items before you submit the bid.

Subject: Exterior building cleaning
Partners,
I am putting together a bid for the exterior cleaning of a building downtown in Washington, DC. The client wants us to go up three (3) stories. Approximately 30-40' up and we are planning to use a Cherry picker. I have contacted the permit office in Washington in regards to blocking the sidewalk during the process. I am curious as to how I should price this per square foot? I was thinking about $6-$8 per SF? Any input would be most welcome. Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this type of business. Thanks in advance for your time and advice.
