I forgot check grout joints and make sure they are tight and not cracked.
Removed joints and re gout if needed.
Make sure floor is dried before grouting and seal when cured.
I do this all the time makes floors and joint look good.
We have a special heater with controller for drying the stone.
Must let shower cool off after drying.
We set temp to 105 and dry’s in one day we run the vent in bathroom to vent water out.

Looks like broken tiles large amounts of water can get and soak the back. Cut out broken joints and regrout or traverfill when tiles are dry.
You may still have a problem after its fixed seal with very good sealer.
Tell them to be sure to dry off all tiles and floor after showering and vent with fan to keep dryer.
Re clean and reseal as needed.
Check weep holes in drain and drill out of needed.

Very hard to remove a stain like that on a vertical surface-the discoloration is caused by water intruding into the jint and wicking up throught the edge of the stone.
Sometimes they will just dry out over time once the moisture issue is mitigated.
Needs some serious caulking.
