Look like oil stains or wet spots ?
Are the weep holes open in the shower pan?
Looking for moisture in floor .
Try cleaning the spots.

Greetings all, Owner says these spot just showed up on her brand new unused shower pan, (contractor say they were already there). they are only in 3 small areas not the whole pan. Anyone seen this? natural?.
