Depending on how much build up you have-you can use our stain scrub or the stone pro stuff.
When we do stone fountains that contain glass we usually soak the deposits with  white vinegar.
It loosens it up well and then we just scrape off with blades if the glass is flat.
If the deposits are thicker you can use stronger acids like sulfamic or gycolic.
Stone tech makes restore-I think latticrete bought the line-restore will work on glass.
Its a combo of orthophosphoric acid and glycolic acid dilutions.
