Not another coating to be applied? I just did one last week, took 3 times to get all the (unknown) sealer out, WB stripper and a black pad. Has to be hand scraped out of the grout or forget about it. You can also grind off the coating if you are going that deep, braised pads.

Greetings all, My client has a limestone similar to the one in this pic, very porous. It's in a small lobby with heavy traffic and about 20+ years old. They had a topical coating  previously which caused some spalling, We will be removing whats left of the coating and re honing. What would you recommend for sealing, and maintenance methods? Thanks
