It's a building we are maintaining and restoring the upper granite floors. This is a hallway leading to the parking garage 2 floors down.
I'm going with $2 sq ft. If I get it fine if not let their in-house deal with it

If your competing against janitorial it will be very competitively priced.  Depending on the ease your probably looking at .50 to $1.00 sqft. Unfortunately the janitorial companies this is a add on to other services they provide commercial buildings so it's usually cheap.

You Make it sound too easy-I base it on other factors as well-what type of stone,age,bordered by what,how many days,etc.
