That product is intended for natural stone enhancement. Properly applied, the excess would be removed before allowing it to dry on the surface. Sounds like they simply applied it and let it dry. It should be able to be removed simply by applying an alkaline cleaner and scrubbing with a floor machine, although it's possible a light stripper may need to be applied.

The sealer made the ceramic tiles shiny.

The original tiles looked a bit more of a matt finish.

They have tried different things and they want the sealer off.

Any ideas on how to get the sealer off?
