Hello Partners

I got a call from a builder.

The tile guys used DuPont StoneTech Enhance Pro.

The sealer made the ceramic tiles shiny.

The original tiles looked a bit more of a matt finish.

They have tried different things and they want the sealer off.

Any ideas on how to get the sealer off?
