This email was sent from yahoo.com which does not allow forwarding of emails via email lists. Therefore the sender's email address (billselik@yahoo.com) has been replaced with a dummy one. Is the terrazzo a natural finish or a coated finish If it is a natural finish I agree with peroxide. If it is a coated finish it may need to be stripped.
