The Honing brush should do the Trick.
Malish has a set from 46 thru 500 grit.
They work great-
We carry them-
We also carry silicone carbide brushes and diamond brushes.
It isnt a bad idea to have a pad driver set up for brushes or just have a set of malish brushes.
Honing powder should do it as well but it isnt as aggressive as the brushes-
