The Van with the truck mount can be turned to 300 - 2000 psi. The truck mount can be used or pressure washing and tile cleaning.

The average time for 1000 Square feet is 2-3 hours. So production is very high. We average $1.to $2.00 sq.ft just for cleaning and sealing.

One truck does about $25-$28k per month. I think the cost ove head is more than worth it.
