Thanks. That is what the owners are looking for. What impregating and too coat sealer do you recommend?

We use a moisture meter as well-we give it about a week.
We use 2 different types of sealers to finish.
A penetrating sealer that will enhance and bring out the colors of the clay.
Then we let it cure overnight buff off any residual film and apply our topcoat product.

We do a lot of Saltillo Mexican pavers. I always tell the customer it takes a week to dry out and leave them with red rosin paper and tell them only walk on it with socks and if you step on it with shoes you will leave shoe prints for us to deal with when we come to seal. then we'll have to wet it to clean it and have to come back the next available day.
Most of the work is stripping so I require 80% at completion of stripping then collect the 20% after sealing. That way I'm not worried about when I'm getting paid.
I also charge extra to reschedule if there are foot prints to clean

We take a reading with a water meter and that is the dry point. We run a heater on the floor to 100.00 degs and it is dry the next day.

We cover the floor with a plastic sheet and run a tube under the plastic and it will float the plastic sheet. Heater cost about 2600.00

The room you heat needs a exhaust fan for the hot wet air.

We stripped this floor and it's very slowly drying. How dry must it be before sealer is applied?

Thanks
