If i offended anybody I apologize. Being in this business and dealing with employees for over 30 years I have developed a little bit of a bitterness towards employees. I have two guys that I pay between $20 and $25 an hour and both of them get benefits personal days sick days and paid holidays. Both of them truly deserve it because they are hard workers. On the other hand we have a file at least 1 inch thick of employees that did not make the grade. These are all people that come in late, don't show up at all, show up hungover or call in at the last minute with some stupid excuse why they're not going to be at work. Then you have the ones that show up every day but can't remember what they did the day before. This is not rocket science and it does not take much effort to do this type of work all it takes is a little bit of Common Sense along with desire to make a living.

Yes, although made in jest it was not appropriate. We are all aware of this kind of stuff and all of us work hard to keep it in the appropriate language.
