Little hard to decipher what she said or how it was written but it sounds like her face wash left etch marks in her travertine. Most likely needs to be sanded and polished to correct

Subject: CONSUMER QUESTION

Hi Everyone,

Can we help this consumer?

Doug

My face wash contains glycolic acid. The bottom of the bottle had some face wash on it. It was sitting on the floor of my travertine shower for a few days. Now there are white rings in the travertine. How do I remove them?

Jill
