Stuart,I carefully use a flat razor blade to remove the heavy buildup on the counter & a small nylon brush to remove it from the fixture. Then I use products such as MB-3, MB-26, or Stone Scrub to remove the remaining residue from the counter and fixtures.Blain Haeg
