It was set in white. The spots are not collecting dirt. There are splotchy areas that appear to be the color of grout.
Grout release was used. We have cleaned the areas with a Turbo.

If it grout haze that is collecting dirt then clean the floors good you may even need to hone to remove the grout that is collecting dirt making the surface appear the way it does.

This is a new installation (about 2-3 months). The longer it set more of the splotchy areas are starting to appear.

I think it is either grout or mortar bleeding thru the stone. The stone is about 1 inch thick.

What are your thoughts
