I like Yelp ! Bad reviews have hurt some of my competitors. But they deserved the bad reviews. 1 1/2 training @ Donjon does not make you a stone restoration tech.

We use yelp.
We get jobs from it.
It can be productive but you have to work it and qualify the clients.
I hate the sales staff.
