Yes I can confirm that to be true and it totally sucks too. 
I had positive reviews then came a few negative ones. 
Then a few positives after but the negative reviews stayed in front & top as new ones got posted below. All this happened as they badgered me to upgrade beyond the $500 advertising range.
I wanted to strangle them! 

But as time passed I stop paying attention and they stop calling and everything worked out.
When ever I see a call from Arizona I assume it's them and never answer or return any of there messages.

We get jobs from it.
It can be productive but you have to work it and qualify the clients.
