The guy from Yelp basically told me if you're not paying to play most of your reviews from customers are not going to get posted.

We use yelp.We get jobs from it.It can be productive but you have to work it and qualify the clients.I hate the sales staff.Here today gone tomorrow

Just completed my contract with Yelp. No difference in response from paid ad or organic search. Will not renew.
