If you can't get any work to benefit you from yelp then you probably won't get any negative reviews to work against you either.The only reason I took notice of yelp was because they had already took notice of me and there was activity developing along with a few positive reviews. At that point I started to fill it with the free pictures option and the other free options.The only reason i started to pay was because in my area it was already working for me and I wanted to capitalize what was already in effect.From my experience if your not noticed by yelp it's not a bad thing. Maybe just leave it. but if they find you and list you, you have to deal with them and steer their advertising in your favor.They find you by people looking you up for your services.If customers are not searching yelp for your servise then yelp may not be a popular advertising review site for stone restoration yet in your area... I assume not sure.The funny thing is I also looked up other companies, "want to be stone restoration AKA Carpet cleaners" that screwed up stone jobs that I was hired to refinish and found them to be no where on yelp.
