I use a combination of google calendar and google inbox. I am almost entirely email driven and I collect my voicemails on voicecloud, which sends a transcript of my voicemails to my gmail account. Inbox allows you to forward emails to another time, thumbtack important emails, bundle emails into categories right on the desktop, separate emails according to forum, social, promo, finance, purchased, trip, saved and primary. Once you get the hang of it you can be very inventive.
I also use Wunderlist for my lists, which also can be converted to emails and integrated into inbox. Inbox also easily syncs with google calendar. And it's all free (except voicecloud, which I believe is $19.00/mo).

Partners,
What programs are you all using to track and maintain daily scheduling and call log management?  Does anyone use the built in vCita calendar software?

Thank You,
