We have used Tenex Uniblack, if that doesn't hide it we have also used a led & felt pad with some black oxide coloring. This heated up the stone and put the color back in. This problem will reoccur. You might want to talk the customer into taking out all the dye and keeping the top gray.

Subject: Stains in Granite

Good morning. We have a black granite counter in a laundry room that has some stains and rings. It is pretty certainly from the detergent they were using. There is no etching. Wondering what kind of color enhancer might work on these spots. I'm concerned about whether we would have to color enhance the whole counter or can I spot enhance. Any ideas would be great Thanks
