Hope everyone  had a great holiday.

From time to time we send you CONSUMER QUESTIONS that come in to us via phone, vCita or through Stone and Tile Pros Knowledge Base.

When a consumer contacts us with a question we put this out to you on the discussion group.

When you answer the question it is then placed on the knowledge base in STP with credit given to the Partner/s that answered that question. By doing this we are creating "link Juice" that helps Stone and Tile PROS and the Partner who answered the

question.

As you can see these Consumer Questions are important no matter how simple they may seem in some cases. Let's make 2017 a good year for you, the consumer and STP.
