Now that you have figured out you can get a lift in there. I just did a job like this where they wanted to shine taken off and a honed finish. We used 120 Grit resin diamonds on 7-inch backing plates then went over everything with a 100 Grit diamond impregnated pad that we got from M3 Technologies the diamond impregnated pad removed the resin smears left by the resin diamond. I have never used dry diamonds but I guess they may work. We used water feed machines and just kept a guy on the ground with a vacuum. Very simple job to do but your arms will get a little tired from holding up the hand machine for hours on end

The lobby floor is still cement, this is early in the construction stage.
