I agree with Carl. I would also be higher. Except wouldn't have many reliable workers over the long haul at $10/hr. I pay my guys significantly more but my core group has been with me for many years. It's hard to keep training people and I'm getting old.________________________________________ From the desk ofBaird StandishManaging PartnerFacility Specialists, LLC15 West Highland Ave. Suite EPhiladelphia, PA 19118Phone: 215-732-7505Fax: 215-546-9160Are you sure that pricing is correct and they are restoring it and not refinishing it?
Doing a 200 400 polish can be done using 2 guys 500 sq ft a day at $10.00 hr. per man
Many contractors will tell you a price to see it you will bid lower.
However it is Florida and they are doing things cheap
It can be done but a cheap price up north (no my price I'm a lot higher) would be $2.00 sq ft to sand an polish, restoration starting at 50 grit is done at $4.00 sq ft and $300.00 on tile replacement
