You can also use Ax-it from Betco. It dissolves urethane sealers.  
Agree with all previous replies. Have customer sign a waiver covering you from being responsible for potential damage to baseboards,  walls, and adjacent floors. It is almost impossible not to remove paint from the baseboard shoe.
Charge a lot because it is smelly and tedious job. After stripping,  clean the floor with a spinner if you have one. It makes big difference. Dry for 2 days and seal with color enhancer.
