Here's a pic of the pad drivers we have-If they are used for just driving diamonds they last for a long time-.
Used with 3 inch foam risers you can handle most degrees of lippage on a floor.

You can use a natural hair pad, get some good Velcro that is self-adhesive and use super glue on the Velcro and glue onto your natural hair pad. We use them all the time.
