I see quite a few of these basket weave white marble surfaces.
Besides the black,orange and pink mold and mildew, I see what I think is damp stained white marble.
I cant get a real good pic of the caulking but it appears somewhat degraded.
To me this is representative of a shower base that has moisture under the stone.
This may be the result of the install. Check the moisture and tread lightly.
Putting topical coatings on shower stall floors can be risky.
Water is one powerful element to mess with-wins every time.
The moisture in the pan will evaporate upwards. You can do the math.

Looking at the pictures the color around the perimeter seems to be a pinkish/orange color.  This can be caused by a build up of soap.  If this is the case try a good soap film remover to remove the wax soap build up them try a proper mildew remover or bleach. to best clean the mildew.

Mosaics on high-use shower floors are always a bad decision. Less grout = less maintenance, in my opinion.

However, she was sure how long after the installation she did. Laticrete sent her their color seal but she is reluctant to use it. Would a good cleaning and color seal take care of her problem?
