Fred,

Thank you and glad to have you back! This was our first thought.

Is there anything you would recommend we try (iron out poultice?) that is worth the time and will achieve any worthwhile results - “Band-aide on a bullet wound”? Or are we fighting nature and there is nothing we can do of value to remedy it?

Thank you, we appreciate your business!

I run into this problem all the time..The attached article should explain it.  To sum up..Its the natural iron oxides in the stone that are rusting.

Morning everyone!

Wanted to pick your brains on this. We are going to look at it person and wanted to know any recommendations for questions to ask/things to test for. We will be testing for moisture as always, but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

See email below and attached photos.

Thank you, we appreciate your business!

Hi Dan,

One of my better contractors has a new shower installation of one of our white marbles which has started yellowing.  Is this something you have encountered before?  I have attached photos of two affected shower pans.

Thanks a ton for the time.

Jason
