Hell guys I would use a spinner with a good vacuum with  after the Brush for cleaning. I would then dry steam for details cleaning the use a heater to dry the floor test the floor before the cleaning for how wet it is. Then dry till it comes back to the reading you took .

I always get the bad and hard jobs. Don’t forget to seal and fix the holes , that always extra. Charge by the day for holes and repairs I like 1500.00 for holes plus supllies.

Ron,

In all the years I have tried, I have never found a solution for digging the soil out of the holes in travertine. Do you think the tines of a malish brush can dig the soil out of those holes??

Mark,

Travertine, extremely dirty. A malish brush and neutral cleaner would do wonders on this floor. Best of luck.
