You will have to test the scratch to see if it can be removed.Try a 70 grit electroplated pad and see what you get.Some travertine can stun so you need to test then you can inform your client what you can do.Most likely you will need to do the whole floor as it is hard to refinish an area of such a soiled floor and blend it in.Your area will look new.Those fills look like a little weak also.How many sq ft?A truck mount with good pressure and heat to clean out the voids.Then find a good starting grit to hone the surface
