Efrain,
You could try back floating the floor with un-sanded grout and 100% latex and let it cure overnight and the cut the excess of with 220 resin and go from there. Be sure to charge for a set of diamonds the grout may where them out!

Hey guys, we did this bid for a homeowner that has some soft Travertine. The stone is crumbling underneath the fill and allowing it to come out. I was wondering if you guys thought a densifier would work out in helping this issue or any other ideas you may have to resolve this.
