John Freitag has estimate/ contract forms that are simple and covers the bases pretty well.

Subject: Estimate Forms

Hi.  I was wondering what sort of form partners typically provide prospects as an estimate for work.  I tend to go overboard and write up a full proposal/contract or something just short of that.  But writing a customized contract is very time consuming for me and am trying to come to grips with the most efficient estimate and least time consuming estimate I can write for prospects while still covering all of the necessary bases.  Thanks

Baird
