Looks like the installer did a good job (looks thick).
What color enhancer did he use?
 It may even still be tacky. 
Its a messy Job- no easy way-will probably be tedious at best.
Charge accordingly.
We would do some testing to see what would work best.
Paint stripper and a black pad is probably the quickest way.
