I was thinking that too Brian. Non diluted like that would be a bear to rinse and leave a sticky residue. Unless they are passing over it with an extractor there is certainly a residue.

It is possible you have wear. I would examine it closely with a field microscope..I show how to use these microscopes in my inspection and troubleshooting class.
