Blue stones are very porous-my thought is how can you establish a price if you don't know how many applications to seal the stone.
Also is the installation going to have any grout joints,looks like they plan to butt join the tiles-that will fail over time.
I would charge more than 2 bucks a sq ft and write a good contract-
