Hey those of you that have struggled with keeping enough technicians
employed this might help. My wife found a site called "Indeed", here in
California.
i've been getting a lot of emails from them and picked up a couple of good
guys.
I get kind of flooded with the unqualified, but I searched through them all
and found what I needed.
Very few with qualifying skills but I succumb to the fact that I'm just
going to have to train New technicians.

I put up signs and used craigslist but nothing ever worked like "indeed". I
got about 20 applicants in the last three weeks. And they still keep coming.
Again most are unqualified, but yesterday I got one with polishing skills
with the countertop fabrication background
