We have hired a number of guys with an arts background. Hey those of you that have struggled with keeping enough technicians<br>
employed this might help. My wife found a site called &quot;Indeed&quot;, here in<br>
California.<br>
i&#39;ve been getting a lot of emails from them and picked up a couple of good<br>
guys.<br>
I get kind of flooded with the unqualified, but I searched through them all<br>
and found what I needed.<br>
Very few with qualifying skills but I succumb to the fact that I&#39;m just<br>
going to have to train New technicians.<br>

I put up signs and used craigslist but nothing ever worked like &quot;indeed&quot;. I<br>
got about 20 applicants in the last three weeks. And they still keep coming.<br>
Again most are unqualified, but yesterday I got one with polishing skills<br>
with the countertop fabrication background<br>
