Looks to me like some kind of chemical reaction.

Hey guys, I've attached a couple of pictures one of my clients sent me (last pic is what the grout is supposed to look like). Anyone have any idea what could make the grout turn white? This is a janitorial company and the customer thinks bleach was used on the grout but the company doesn't use bleach. Let me know what you think.
