I would replace. Mold and mildew can be a concern as well. Depends on how long the water was present and the quality of the water. Plus the substrate can also be compromised. I have an article on this very subject I can send
Sent from my iPhoneHi PartnersOne of our Partners in Houston has asked me to post this question because due to the floods they have been experiencing, they are having Internet issues. His question is this: If a Saltillo floor has gone through a flood, can it be restored or is it best for the client just to have the Saltillo replaced? Everyone's input would be very much appreciated.--Visit list archives, subscribe, unsubscribe or change your subscription preferences: http://stoneandtilepros.simplelists.com/sccpartners Start a new conversation (thread): sccpartners@stoneandtilepros.simplelists.comVisit list archives, subscribe, unsubscribe or change your subscription preferences: http://stoneandtilepros.simplelists.com/sccpartners Start a new conversation (thread): sccpartners@stoneandtilepros.simplelists.com
