Diatomaceous earth mix with 20% peroxide to a pancake batter, cover spot with that, put a piece of plastic over it, place a book or something on top the plastic instead of tape to keep plastic tight, taping it there is a possible chance of causing a problem later caused by the adhesive in the tape. 24 hrs later remove plastic, let powder dry on its own usually 24hrs, clean away and see if the stain is lighter, if so repeat till gone. may take one try or a few attempts. Good luck.

She went through the insurance and had a law suit going. From what i understand the settlement was not much. She is trying to salvage it before she considers replacing it.

I would first make sure the floor is dry. If it flooded twice it still may be retaining a lot of moisture. If this is the case I would not attempt any stain removal until the floor is completely dry.
The next I would do is make sure the stains are not iron. Test with RSR2000. If it turns purple its iron. In this case it may be a hopeless case.. Have her call her insurance company and have it replaced.

Hi partners,

I have a customer that had her condo flooded twice. She hired a water and fire restoration company. There are some water stains that she wants removed. Can anyone tell me what would be the best way to get them out? Below are some photos i have attached.

Thank you
