Yes we checked the moisture level and it was high. Also it had been raining the past few days before we checked. We believe it is coming from beneath the surface. We found a couple of cracks on the concrete it is sitting on. We're not sure how long this issue has been going on. The home owners just want to see an improvement. We are thinking it may need to be replacedOn Oct 30, 2017 8:38 PM, "Fred Hueston" <fhueston@gmail.com> wrote:I agree with Stu. I don't think it is mold or mildew.Using more water based chemicals may not be the answer until you find out whats happening under the stone. If the client has extra tile you may want to lift one and see whats underneath. On Mon, Oct 30, 2017 at 3:31 PM, "marblerenu@aol.com" (via sccpartners list) <nobody@simplelists.com> wrote:M3 Tech - talk to Bob Murrell.------ Original message------From: Anthony GodoyWe did use Klenzstone and it's not working.
